Unit7 第2課時教學設計
一、教學目標
1. 能聽懂Did you go out to play last weekend?并能運用功能結構Where did you go last weekend? / What did you do there? 與他人談論過去的假期活動,語音語調自然。
2. 能聽懂Sounds interesting!等表達,并能在實際生活中正確運用。
二、教學準備
1. 教師準備:
(1) Warming-up: Look and choose部分的圖片。
(2) 中國地圖一張。
(3) Let’s talk和Listen and circle部分的音頻。
2. 學生準備:旅游照片一張。
三、教學方法建議
I. 課程導入(Leading In)
1. 課前問答
教師先和學生熱情地打招呼,然后通過師生問答復習上一課時所學詞組。問答設計可參考如下:
T: Hello, children! Who can make a cake?
Do you often buy some gifts for your friends?
Do you like sea food?
Would you like to visit the museum?
Who can play beach volleyball?
2. 新課導入
(1) 教師將所準備的中國地圖張貼在黑板上,并和學生進行交流:
T: Look, what’s this?
Ss: It’s a map.
T: Yes. It’s a map of China. Where do you live? Can you show me?
學生根據實際情況回答,并在地圖上找到所在地區:
S1: I live in ... It’s here.
教師可以多次詢問,為本節課的教學做鋪墊。也可以根據學生程度詢問:Where can you visit in...?程度好的學生可以嘗試描述,不要求學生一定完全用英文,教師也可在必要的時候加以提示,但要求學生敢于描述,大膽表達。
(2) Part A Warming-up: Look and choose
教師出示所準備的本部分圖片,帶領學生仔細觀察圖片并嘗試說出每幅圖所對應的名勝古跡的名稱。之后,讓學生嘗試說一說每個名勝古跡所在的省份。教師可以讓學生分為6個小組進行討論,之后由小組代 表借助對話Where is ...? It’s ... 進行展示。教師也可以將所準備的圖片分發給各小組,請每組討論完畢后派一名代表將圖片貼在黑板上地圖中的相應省份旁邊。其他學生根據張貼結果完成書中的活動,將表示省份的序號寫在相應的名勝圖片下面的圓圈中。
II. 課程展示活動和過程的設計建議(Presentation)
1. 新課展示 Part A Let’s talk
(1) 上一環節結束之后,教師可引導學生學習對話的第一部分,學習新的功能結構。
T: What did you do last weekend? Did you go out to play, S1?
并引導學生根據實際情況回答:
S1: Yes, I did. / No, I didn't.
教師板書功能句:
—Did you go out to play?
—Yes, I did./No, I didn’t.
—What did you do at home? Did you learn to cook?
—Yes, I did. I made a big cake.
教學小貼士
一般疑問句的過去式同一般現在時一樣,都需要在主語前加助動詞,不同的是一般現在時要根據人稱的變化靈活選用do或does,而一般過去時只需用did。簡略回答同樣用助動詞did,肯定回答為:Yes, I/We/He/ They /... did.否定回答為:No, I / We / He / They /... didn’t.
教師強調一般疑問句的肯定和否定回答都要用到助動詞did,過去時態的動詞沒有人稱和數的變化。
(2) 教師可以和學生繼續進行會話交流,學習第二部分對話,進一步鞏固一般疑問句及回答。要求學生會問、會答。以下問題可供參考:
Did you go to Hainan last summer?
Did you fly there? How did you go there?
Did you swim in the sea?
Did you play beach volleyball there?
Did you eat any sea food?
教師在與學生交流時要注意聆聽,并及時回應學生,并可有意使用 Sounds interesting!句型進行表達。
(3) 教師播放本部分的錄音,要求學生聽錄音回答問題。教師可以根據學生的具體情況進行處理,將對話分為兩個部分來聽。以下問題可供參考:
Question 1: Who is talking with Colin?
Question 2: Did Colin go out to play last weekend?
Question 3: Where was Colin last weekend?
Question 4: What did Colin do at home?
Question 5: Did Alice go out to play last weekend?
Question 6: Where did Alice go last weekend?
Question 7: How did Alice go there?
Question 8: Who did Alice go with?
Question 9: What did Alice do there??
(4) 教師可以讓學生在整體感知對話后,邊聽錄音邊回答問題,也可以讓學生根據對話內容自己提出問題,這樣不僅可以檢測學生對對話的掌握情況,也可以讓學生在學習對話的同時練習如何使用特殊疑問句進行提問。
2. 鞏固活動
教師再次播放錄音,讓學生模仿錄音中的語音語調跟讀Let’s talk部分的對話,并注意糾正學生的錯誤發音。教師也可以讓學生分組進行會話朗讀練習,鼓勵學生分角色進行朗讀。
III. 操練活動的設計與實施建議(Practice Activities)
1. 看圖片,說一說
教師要求學生拿出所準備的旅游照片,選出一名學生和全班學生進行問答,以下形式可供參考:
Ss: Where did you go on your holiday?
S1: I went to...
Ss: Who did you go with?
S1: I went with...
Ss: What did you do there?
S1: We.
Ss: Sounds great!
2. Part C Listen and circle
(1) 教師引導學生仔細觀察課本上的圖片并說出相應的短語,然后帶領學生根據圖片內容進行問答:
T: What does Kevin do in the picture?
Ss: He...
(2) 教師播放錄音,要求學生根據錄音內容圈出Kevin的假期活動。
(3) 教師帶領學生核對答案,并組織學生兩兩一組進行問答練習:
A: What did Kevin do on his holiday?
B: He...
(4) 本部分錄音內容如下:
Girl: Hi, Kevin. Nice to see you again.
Kevin: Me. Too.
Girl: Where did you go on your holiday?
Kevin: I went to the beach.
Girl: Sounds nice. What did you do there?
Kevin: I played beach volleyball and swam in the sea. Girl: Did you take any photos?
Kevin: No, I didn’t.
Girl: What a pity!
