Unit8 1課時(shí)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)

一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)

1. 能聽、說、讀、寫詞匯:laugh, cry, tell a joke, act a play, play the guitar, win a gift

2. 能在日常交流中靈活運(yùn)用上述詞匯。

二、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備

1. 教師準(zhǔn)備:

(1) Warming-up: Look and match部分中balloons, candies, dolls, flowers, gifts, colorful lights的頭物。

(2) Let’s learn部分的教學(xué)卡片。?

(3) Let’s learn部分的音頻。

(4) 一個(gè)不透明的袋子、若干份小禮物。

(5 ) 英文笑話一則(注意要適合學(xué)生現(xiàn)階段學(xué)習(xí)水平)。

(6) 童話故事《灰姑娘》的動(dòng)畫片段及灰姑娘、王子、繼母以及姐姐們的頭飾。

三、教學(xué)方法建議

I. 課程導(dǎo)入(Leading In)

1. 課前問答

教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生進(jìn)行口語問答練習(xí),引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注新年的到來。

T: What’s the date?

Ss: It’s December...

T: Oh. It’s the last month of the year. The New Year is coming. Shall we have a party?

2. 新課導(dǎo)入

1. Part A Warming-up: Look and match

(1) 教師可承接上一環(huán)節(jié),通過詢問聚會(huì)應(yīng)該準(zhǔn)備的事物引入本部分。教師可以邊展示所準(zhǔn)備的這部分實(shí)物邊和學(xué)生進(jìn)行交流問答。下面以 balloons為例,教師可做參考:

T: What shall we buy for the party? Look! I have some nice things in my bag. Who wants to come here and show us?

(邀請(qǐng)一名學(xué)生到講臺(tái)前摸一摸袋子里的東西并展示給全班同學(xué))What are these?

Ss: They are balloons.

T: How many balloons can you see?

Ss: ...

T: What color are they?

Ss: They are...

T: Where are they?

Ss: They are...

(2) 之后,教師可以將實(shí)物分發(fā)給學(xué)生,讓學(xué)生根據(jù)指令用所拿到的實(shí)物布置教室,如:Put the…on / under / in /…the…;也可以讓學(xué)生自主放置物品,并鼓勵(lì)他們用所學(xué)的功能結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行描述:I put... on / under / in /... the...總之,活動(dòng)不必拘泥于形式,而應(yīng)將重點(diǎn)放在語言的運(yùn)用和表達(dá)上。

(3) 教師引導(dǎo)學(xué)生完成Warming-up: Look and match部分的活動(dòng)。要求學(xué)生在圖片中找出相應(yīng)的物品并和右邊的詞匯連接起來。在此過程中,教師要關(guān)注需要幫助的學(xué)生,并及時(shí)加以鼓勵(lì)。

II. 課程展示活動(dòng)和過程的設(shè)計(jì)建議(Presentation

1. 新課展示 Part A Let’s learn

教師創(chuàng)設(shè)情境,引領(lǐng)學(xué)生在情境中進(jìn)行詞匯的學(xué)習(xí)。

(1) 學(xué)習(xí)詞匯tell a joke, laughcry

T: It’s December... The New Year is coming soon. Look! Our classroom is very beautiful! We’ll have a party! What kind of party shall we have? A birthday party? A New Year’s party? A school dance party?

Ss: A New Year’s party.

T: Great! Let’s have a New Year’s party. Do you usually eat a birthday cake at a New Year’s party?

Ss: No.

T: What do you usually do at a New Year’s party?(教師讓學(xué)生隨意表達(dá))

S1: I sing and dance at a New Year’s party.

S2: I play games at a New Year’s party.

S3: I play the violin at a New Year’s party.

S4: I tell stories at a New Year’s party.

T:(教師出示tell a jokelaugh 圖片)Now, look at the picture. The children are having a New Year’s party. What is the boy doing?

Ss: He is telling an interesting story.

T: Very interesting. He is telling a joke. He makes his friends laugh. Look at the boys around him. They are laughing.

教師板書并領(lǐng)讀詞匯tell a jokelaugh。然后教師可以將laugh和其他單詞混在一起說一說,以讓學(xué)生在聽到該單詞時(shí)馬上大笑的方式來加強(qiáng)學(xué)生對(duì)laugh的記憶。

T: When do you laugh?

S5: I laugh when I am happy.

S6: I laugh when I play games.?

T: Yes! You are right. And when I listen to the story, I laugh, too. Why?

教師可以將所準(zhǔn)備的英文笑話講給學(xué)生,為了幫助學(xué)生理解,教師可以配合夸張的語音語調(diào)和滑稽的動(dòng)作。學(xué)生在觀看中發(fā)出笑聲時(shí),教師可以引導(dǎo):

T: You are laughing! You are laughing because I am telling a joke.

教師開始沉默,表情變得悲傷,突然大哭起來。在學(xué)生詫異的目光中,教師播放所準(zhǔn)備的灰姑娘的動(dòng)畫片段并講述故事。接著教師與學(xué)生展開對(duì)話:

T: Sorry, I saw the CD and felt very sad. Look at the poor little girl. Is she happy?

Ss: No.

T: She’s very sad. In the family, no one loves her. The story makes me cry.

(教師作大哭狀)

(2) 教師可以要求學(xué)生根據(jù)動(dòng)畫片進(jìn)行角色扮演,在表演過程中帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)新的短語act a play;之后在小組間比比哪組表演得最生動(dòng),并將所準(zhǔn)備的小禮物發(fā)給該組學(xué)生,引導(dǎo)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)短語win a gift

(3) 教師可以借助圖卡教授短語play the guitar,并適當(dāng)進(jìn)行替換練習(xí),如:play the violin / guitar / erhu /...

(4) 教師可以讓學(xué)生先試著說出laugh, cry, tell, act, playwin的過去式,然后嘗試拼寫出動(dòng)詞過去式laughed, cried, told, acted, playedwon。教師注意引導(dǎo)學(xué)生關(guān)注字母組合au, ay的發(fā)音,為學(xué)生的語音學(xué)習(xí)做滲透。同時(shí),注意laugheded的發(fā)音,在清輔音后面發(fā)[t]

2. 鞏固活動(dòng)

(1) 教師播放本部分的錄音,學(xué)生聽錄音跟讀、拼讀詞匯。

(2) 教師請(qǐng)幾個(gè)同學(xué)把黑板上板書的這些短語中的動(dòng)詞變?yōu)檫^去式,大家再集體讀一讀。

III. 操練活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施建議(Practice Activities

1. Play a game

教師可以采用擊鼓傳花的形式進(jìn)行所學(xué)詞匯的練習(xí)。全班學(xué)生聽聲傳遞灰姑娘的頭飾,聲音停止時(shí)則選擇任意一張卡片進(jìn)行拼讀練習(xí),由下一位同學(xué)說出相應(yīng)的動(dòng)詞過去式,并同樣大聲拼讀,正確完成拼讀的學(xué)生可以獲得獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)。

2. Part C Listen and choose

(1) 教師帶領(lǐng)學(xué)生完成本部分檢測(cè)活動(dòng)。可以先讓學(xué)生仔細(xì)觀察圖片并要求他們使用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)和一般過去時(shí)兩種形式描述每幅圖片的內(nèi)容;然后播放錄音,讓學(xué)生將正確的圖片序號(hào)寫在相應(yīng)的橫線上。

(2) 本部分錄音內(nèi)容如下:

A: Hi, Kate. How was your New Year’s party?

B: It was great.

A: What did you do at the party?

B: I sang an English song.

A: What did Peter do?

B: He told a joke.

A: How about Xiao Xiao? Did she dance?

B: Yes, she did. Her dance was so beautiful.

A: Did Lin Dan play the violin?

B: No. He played the guitar.
