一、教學(xué)目標(biāo)
1. 能聽懂、會(huì)說句型I’m going to ... for her. Today is her birthday. How about ...? Good idea! Happy birthday to you! Are you going to have a birthday party? Yes, I am. Happy birthday to you!并能在創(chuàng)設(shè)的語(yǔ)境中熟練運(yùn)用。
2. 能靈活運(yùn)用所學(xué)句型與他人談?wù)撋盏脑掝}。
二、教學(xué)準(zhǔn)備
教師準(zhǔn)備:
1. Let’s talk和Look and talk部分的多媒體課件。
2. Let s talk部分的教學(xué)音頻。
3. Let’s talk部分的人物頭飾
4. Let’s learn部分的詞匯卡片。
5. 若干張寫有Let’s talk部分的句子的紙條。
三、教學(xué)方法建議
課程導(dǎo)入(Leading In)
(1)課前復(fù)習(xí)
1. 我說你指
教師將所準(zhǔn)備的Let’s learn部分的詞匯卡片貼在黑板上的不同位置,教師隨意說一個(gè)詞匯,學(xué)生重復(fù)一遍,并快速做出反應(yīng),指向該詞匯,比比看誰(shuí)指得又快又準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)過幾輪比賽之后,教師可以讓學(xué)生來扮演教師的角色組織游戲。
2. 我指你說
流程同上,但改為教師隨意指向一個(gè)詞匯卡片后,學(xué)生快速讀出卡片上的詞匯,比比誰(shuí)讀得又快又準(zhǔn)。經(jīng)過幾輪比賽之后,同樣可以讓勝出的學(xué)生來指單詞組織游戲。
(2)新課導(dǎo)入
Part A Warming-up: Think and tick
教師先指導(dǎo)學(xué)生說出與各幅圖片相對(duì)應(yīng)的短語(yǔ),然后引導(dǎo)他們創(chuàng)設(shè)情境:假設(shè)今天是母親生日,讓學(xué)生想一想要為各自的母親做些什么,在相應(yīng)的圍片下面打“√”,并就此對(duì)話:
T: What are you going to do for your mother on her birthday?
Ss: I am going to draw a picture / buy some balloons / buy some flowers / sweep the floor / sing a song / buy a birthday cake.
課程展示活動(dòng)和過程的設(shè)計(jì)建議(presentation)
(1)新課展示Part A: Let’s talk
教師戴上Wu Chen的頭飾,并用課件出示Let’s talk部分Wu Chen奶奶的圖片,和學(xué)生做如下問答:
T: Hello! I am Wu Chen. Look at this picture. Can you guess who she is?
S1: She is your grandma.
T: Yes. She is my grandma. Today is her birthday. Let’s say“Happy birthday!”to her.
Ss: Happy birthday to you, Grandma!
T: I’m going to buy a gift for her.
用課件出示花朵圖片,旁邊配上問句:How about flowers?并引導(dǎo)學(xué)生讀出該問句,教師回答:
T: Good idea! And I’m going to make a card for her. We are going to have a birthday party, too!
(2)鞏固活動(dòng)
1. 教師播放Part A Let’s talk部分的錄音,要求學(xué)生在不翻開書的情況下聽錄音。
2. 教師就此部分內(nèi)容設(shè)置問題。參考問題如下:
What is Wu Chen going to do?
Is Wu Chen going to buy some flowers?
What are Wu Chen’s father and mother going to do?
教師隨機(jī)挑選學(xué)生回答問題,檢查學(xué)生對(duì)課文的掌握情況。
3. 教師再次播放錄音,要求學(xué)生打開書,逐句跟讀課文。
4. 教師指導(dǎo)學(xué)生分角色模仿課文進(jìn)行對(duì)話。
5. 學(xué)生兩人一組,排練對(duì)話。
6. 教師選出幾組學(xué)生戴上頭飾,表演對(duì)話。
學(xué)生表演完后,教師進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生借助學(xué)過的句型編演對(duì)話。對(duì)于勇于表演的學(xué)生,教師要多加表?yè)P(yáng),并多鼓勵(lì)平時(shí)不善于表現(xiàn)的學(xué)生上臺(tái)表演。教師可以與其組成搭檔,在表演過程中對(duì)其進(jìn)行引導(dǎo)。完成表演后,教師還可請(qǐng)大家以掌聲表示肯定,樹立其自信心,激發(fā)其學(xué)習(xí)興趣。
操練活動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施建議(Practice Activities)
(1)傳句子
教師將全班分成若干組,每列為一組,然后分別發(fā)給每組最后一排的學(xué)生一張紙條,上面寫上課文中的一個(gè)句子。游戲開始后,最后一排學(xué)生要立即把紙上的句子告訴他們前面的學(xué)生,聽到句子的學(xué)生再把所聽內(nèi)容轉(zhuǎn)述給更前面的學(xué)生……這樣依次進(jìn)行下去。最后,由每組第一排的學(xué)生將聽到的句子大聲說出來,傳得最快、最準(zhǔn)的組獲勝。
(2)Part B Look and talk
1. 教師用課件出示本部分圖片,讓學(xué)生看圖說短語(yǔ),如:make a card, sing a birthday song, buy some flowers, have a birthday party / buy a birthday cake, buy a gift。
2. 教師借助本部分的參考句型,用大屏幕出示本部分圖片,師生問答:
T: What is Wu Chen going to do for her mother on the birthday?
S1: She is going to make a card.
T: What is Kevin going to do for his grandpa on the birthday?
S2: He is going to sing a birthday song.
T: What is Kitty going to do for her sister on the birthday?
S3: She is going to buy some (beautiful) flowers.
T: What is Mr. Zhao going to do for his father on the birthday?
S4: He is going to have a birthday party / buy a birthday cake.
T: What is Colin going to do for Li Shan on the birthday?
S5: He is going to buy a gift.
3. 看圖會(huì)話完畢后,教師可順勢(shì)啟發(fā)學(xué)生思考并回答:
T: What are you going to do for your mother on her birthday?
Ss: I am going to ...
為了提高學(xué)生答題的積極性,教師可將學(xué)生分成A、B兩組,教師提問,學(xué)生搶答,比比哪組回答得又快又準(zhǔn)確!
4. 學(xué)生兩人一組自主問答或A / B組發(fā)問,指定B / A組某一同學(xué)作答。
