【課 時】第1課時
一、教學目標
1. 能聽、說、讀、寫詞匯: pick flowers, cut down trees, make the air dirty, waste water, drive a car及the earth. .
2. 能靈活運用上述詞匯。
二、教學準備
教師準備:
(1)一束花、一雙一次性筷子、一個垃圾袋及一些垃圾的圖片。
(2)Let’s learn部分的教學卡片。
(3)Let’s learn部分的音頻(教師可在優教平臺直接下載使用)。
三、教學方法建議
I. 課程導人(Leading In)
i. 課前問答
T: Hello, boys and girls. Do you like traveling?
Ss: Yes.
T: Well. I like going to the mountain. Because the air is fresh and the flowers are beautiful. What about you?
S1: I like going to the river. I can swim there.
S2: I like going to the forest. I can draw pictures there.
T: But sometimes we can see a lot of litters there (教師向學生出示所準備的 一些垃圾的圖片),I feel sad about that. Can we do that?
Ss: No.
T: You are right! We can’t do that. We can throw the litter into the trash can. We should do something good.
ii. 新課導入Part A Warming-up: Read and think
1. 教師引導學生觀察圖片并討論。
T: Look at the pictures. Are the little bird and the fish happy? Why? What happened? Can you read and find the reason?
2. 讓學生讀對話,找到答案并進行討論。教師可引導學生說:
Ss: The bird is sad because it lost its home and the fish is sad because the water is dirty. Our home is becoming worse and worse, so we should care for our earth.
T: What should we do? Today, we will learn some activities and you can see they are right or wrong.
II. 課程展示活動和過程的設計建議(Presentation)
i. 新課展示Part A Let’s learn
1. 學習短語pick flowers
教師出示所準備的一束花并與學生進行對話:
T: Look. What are these?
Ss: They are flowers.
T: What color are they?
Ss: They are...
T: In which seasons can we see many flowers?
Ss: Spring and summer.
T: Well. We can see many beautiful flowers in the garden. I want to pick some flowers and take them home. Can I do that?
Ss: No.
T: No. We can’t pick flowers.
教師板書并領讀短語pick flowers,注意糾正學生的錯誤讀音。
2. 學習短語cut down trees
教師出示一次性筷子并與學生進行對話:
T: Look at these chopsticks. What can we do with them?
Ss: We can eat with them.
T: Well. People often use them in our daily life, but where are they from?
Ss: They are from trees.
T: Yes. Trees are cut down to make chopsticks. Usually, we use them only once. Every year, people cut down many trees. Do you think it is right?
Ss: No.
T: So we can’t cut down too many trees.
教師板書并領讀短語cut down trees,學生邊做動作邊說短語。
3. 學習短語drive a car
教師假裝摘花,問學生:What am I doing? Can I pick flowers? 然后問學生:Can we cut down many trees? 教師再做開車的樣子,通過問答,用不同的句式反復介紹短語:
T: What am I doing, can you guess?
I’m driving. I’m driving a car. I can drive a car.
可連續和幾個學生進行問答活動:
T: Can you drive a car, S1?
Can you show us how to drive a car?
教師板書并領讀短語drive a car,要求學生邊說短語邊做動作。
4. 教師借助圖片教授make the air dirty, waste water,然后請學生分組讀短語,教師可以引導學生發現drive, make, waste三個詞中的元音字母讀音都符合“元音+輔音+不發音的字母e”結構,元音字母都讀字母本身音。
5. 通過圖片引導學生認讀詞匯the earth.
教學小貼士
the earth, the sun, the moon這三個表示天體的名詞前都要用定冠詞the。教師要特別提醒的是,earth的發音是以元音因素開頭的,其前面所用的定冠詞讀[ei?] |
6. 教師播放Let’s learn部分的錄音,讓學生模仿其語音語調跟讀詞匯。
ii. 鞏固活動
教師再次播放Let’s learn部分的錄音,可注意在每個短語之后停頓幾秒,讓學生聽音拼寫詞匯。
III. 操練活動的設計與實施建議(Practice Activities)
i. 看圖搶讀
1. 教師先將學生分成若干組,然后出示所準備的短語卡片,讓學生看圖快速搶讀出相應的短語。
2. 教師也可以請每組派出一個代表出示卡片,其他成員搶讀短語。
ii. 句型轉換:對不文明行為說“不”
教師說出一個本單元的短語,學生聽后判斷認為是不文明行為,說: Please don’t...根據學生掌握情況,可添加一些類似于play sports, eat healthy food等短語,學生若認為是文明行為,就說:Let’s...
T: Waste water.
Ss: Please don’t waste water.
T: Make the air dirty.
Ss: Please don’t make the air dirty.
T: Play sports.
Ss: Let’s play sports.
