Ankang University offers both Chinese language programs to applicants at different Chinese levels and undergraduate programs with bachelor degrees.

 I. Program and Length of Schooling（留學項目和學習期限）

1. Undergraduate program for Bachelor’s degrees本科學習項目

International students can apply for all undergraduate programs offered by Ankang University. The general study period lasts for 4 or 5 years.

Basic requirement for applying for undergraduate program: applicants should have completed high school and hold HSK Level 4 Certificate. Students without foundation of Chinese language are welcome to enter one-year foundation program targeting for Chinese proficiency and HSK level 4 certificate.

留學生可申請永利官網所有本科專業，學習期限為4-5年。

基本要求：申請本科專業的申請人須持有高中畢業證書及HSK 4級證書。無語言基礎學生可來校進行一年的預科學習。

2. Chinese Language program:

  (1) Length of study: more than 1 semester

(2) Length of study: 1 month to 1 semester

(3) Registration Time: First week of March (Spring Semester); First week of September (Fall Semester)

中文學習項目：

 (1) 長期中文學習項目，學習期限1學期以上

(2) 短期中文學習項目，學習期限1個月至1學期

 (3) 注冊時間: 每年三月第一周（春季學期）; 每年九月第一周（秋季學期）

II. Expenditures（費用）

AKU offers the standard single rooms and double rooms for foreign students to choose. All dormitories are equipped with independent indoor bathroom, air conditioner, electric heating shower device, TV, internet access.

3.Charges for visa, residence permit, oversea students’ insurance, physical check-up or certification for physical check-up are paid to related offices directly.

 簽證費、居留許可費、留學生保險、體檢等費用由留學生直接交給相關單位。

4.Cost on food ranges from ¥600 to ¥900/month on campus.

 校內每月餐飲費約在人民幣600元至900元之間。

5.Tuition fee is non-refundable to dropouts, which conforms to the stipulations of the state.

 根據國家規定，退學時學費不予退還。

6.Conforms to the stipulations of the Ministry of Education, the overseas students of all the categories should pay for the insurance, 400yuan for one semester, and 800yuan per one academic year.

根據教育部規定, 所有類別的來華留學生均需要繳納保險費用，一學期400元，一學年800元。

 

III. Application（申請）

Overseas students who intend to apply for Ankang University need to provide the following documents in advance to School of International Education of Ankang University.

1.For Undergraduate Programs with Bachelor Degrees:

Students who want to apply for undergraduate programs（majors delivered in Chinese language）need to be graduated form senior high school, with a good physical condition. The age of applicants should be within 18 to 45. Also applicants need to achieve the language requirements （NEW HSK level 4). Applicants without HSK need to attend to the Chinese language program for one academic year , and submit the HSK level 4 Certificate before starting their undergraduate program.

Students (non-native English speakers) who want to apply for undergraduate programs（majors delivered in English language) need to additionally submit the English language proficiency certificate (TOEFL 68 or above, IELTS 5.5 or above, or other equivalent English level certificates). Their HSK result are still required and needed to be submitted before they graduate from the bachelor program. 

申請本科項目（中文授課專業）的學生必須為高中畢業生，身體健康，年齡在18至45歲之間，且已達到入學語言要求（新HSK4級）。無語言成績的學生需要進行一學年的漢語預科項目，在取得了新HSK4級證書之后進入本科專業學習。

申請本科項目（英文授課專業）的學生還需額外提供托福68分或以上，雅思5.5分或以上，或相當于同等水平的其他類英語水平證明（母語為英語的學生除外），英語授課專業學生需在畢業前提供新HSK4級水平證書。

(7) 經中國大使館認證過的無犯罪記錄證明及中文翻譯件 Non Criminal Record authorized by the Embassy of People's Republic of China in your country, with Chinese translation version with Chinese translation version.

 

(8)留學財產能力證明 Financial capability certificate for study in China

2.For Chinese Language Study Program（中國語言學習項目）:

The age of applicants for Chinese language study programs should be within 18 to 60, with a good physical condition. For applicants under 18 years old, they will be accepted only under the condition that the applicants have guardian in Shaanxi Province. Besides, applicants need to provide the following documents in advance:

申請中國語言學習項目的申請人須在18至60歲之間，身體健康。18歲以下的申請者需提供陜西省內監護人信息。此外，申請人還應提前提交下列材料：

(1) 經畢業院校確認的畢業證書、學歷證書復印件Graduation certificates and the degree certificates  (copies; authorized by graduate university)

 

(2) 經畢業院校確認的成績單復印件Confirmed transcript (copies; authorized by graduate university)

Procedures of Application（申請程序）:

Students who want to apply Ankang university send all required documents to International Education School of Ankang University via official email address.

1. Applicants who are admitted will receive the admission letter, a form (Visa Application for Study in China) authorized and issued by the Educational Department of Shaanxi Provincial Government and the Foreign Affairs Office of Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government. 被錄取的學生將會收到錄取通知書、陜西省教育廳及陜西省人民政府外事辦公室認證的簽證表格。

2. Students with the above documents can come to the embassy of P.R.China in their country to apply for Visa. 持有上述材料的學生可前往當地中國大使館申請簽證。

IV. Registration（注冊）

Students shall pay the registration fee, tuition fee and accommodation fee on the day of their registration. The Letter of Admission, the JW202 Form, personal passport, and eight 2-inch passport photos are needed for registration. Health certificates are required for students who have studied for one year or more. Application materials should be submitted to the university as well. Free pick-up service are provided to new students when they notify of their specific time of arrival by plane or by train.

學生應在注冊之日繳清注冊費、學費及住宿費，同時在注冊時提交錄取通知書、JW202表格、個人護照及8張2寸護照照片。學習一年以上的同學還需提供健康證明及申請資料。學校為新生提供免費接機/接站服務，需要此項服務的學生須提前告知航班或火車時間。
